Some examples of our recent landscape and garden design
These images of a few of our gardens show some of the range of expression that is available to you in the shaping and detailing of your garden space. Landscape design is the shaping of land, however small and confined it may be, in a conscious way to give it life. The arrangement of functional areas, movement patterns, views, and character is given expression through planting, stone, woodwork and the shape of space to create an authentic sense of place. The aim of garden design is to satisfy functional needs in a way that is so natural and sensible that it leaves ample room for delight, and enhances the beauty of the world around us.
